Before stepping into the world of user experience, I spent nearly a decade helping organizations connect with their audiences through strategic branding, social media, and content creation. I’ve led communications for nonprofits, built marketing strategies from the ground up, and created campaigns that told meaningful stories and drove real engagement.
What brought me to UX? A deep curiosity about how people think and a passion for creating intuitive, purposeful experiences. I realized that the same skills I used to craft compelling content — empathy, research, strategy, and creativity — are at the heart of great design.
Now, I use those strengths to design with users in mind: listening closely, thinking critically, and creating solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Whether I’m mapping user flows or prototyping a new feature, I’m always focused on the goal — making digital experiences clearer, kinder, and more human.
